Good game, too many glitches – Hidden Hotel: Miami Mystery Review

I played in the game up to game day 19. Suddenly, I logged on one day and my progress was reset to day 13. My diary (storyline) continued at day 19 with six days just missing, but the rooms I renovated on days 13 through 18 were locked again. I contacted Support and simply got a message that my ticket was received. Thanks for the non-help. This game would be cool if it weren’t so buggy. Update: Support got back to me and fixed my game. Going along well now except for the updates. Every update seems to increase the difficulty, plus the last several updates have made it slow to respond and intermittently crash. Still rated 4 stars because it gets you hooked in seeing your hotel come to life. Update2: The game crashes consistently upon launch, rendering it unusable.
