Love it – Welltory: Heart Rate Monitor Review

I love this app! Sometimes when I feel like I’m not too stressed but I measure and it says I am, I start to question wether this app will always say I’m stressed or if it’ll be accurate and true to how my levels are. It fluctuates throughout the days I measure but I do believe it works well after I finally received something other than high stress levels! Love this app!
