? Import almost never works ? – JW Library Sign Language Review

I finally got import to work one time on my iPhone. However, when I transferred the same file to my iPad, import failed every time. Is there any chance you could provide some instructions on how it’s supposed to work? It would be amazingly useful in the ministry. The problems I’m seeing: #1. The orange app does not have an option to import a video from Photos (that’s the destination for airdropped videos). #2. If you move the video to files, import gives an animation like it’s working but when it’s done the cloud icon remains (no error message) and you cannot open the video in the orange app. All you get is the prompt to import again. #3. There is no export. If you have the video in the orange app on your iPhone and want to transfer it to your iPad for import, you have to download it again rather than being able to export it from the orange app. I love the app as well as features like playlist and trim but import would make them even more useful in the field.
