Black screen of death without any apps running – Screen Mirroring for Roku Review

I downloaded this app, followed the setup instructions to connect to my TCL Roku 55" TV from my iPad Pro 12.9" 2018. The only thing running was this app itself. Three to five seconds later, screen goes black. If it can't even it can't even mirror itself while running, what good will it do for actual activity from another app. P.S. I've read the Developer's comments on other reviews, and as far as I know - unless changed VERY recently - every developer has the option to refund a purchase of their app. Apple does NOT restrict this. I'm just glad I didn't go straight for the Pro app.
