Disappointing customer service – Taxbot® Review
I’ve been with Taxbot for 5 years - since 2015. For some reason the app stopped tracking mileage at the beginning of March of 2019 and I didn’t catch on until sitting down to start taxes in January 2020. I spoke with another colleague who had the same glitch so I’m confident it was taxbot’s system, not my app. I got in touch with their customer service and “all they could do” was refund me for 4 months, even though their system hasn’t been tracking for 10 months. I understand return policies, however I believe very strongly in superior customer service and I didn’t get that with taxbot.
