Still can't play – SAO Unleash Blading Review

I would love to go back and give this game a 5 star rating like I originally wanted. After a few days of playing I started the game up and it needed to update. It crashed while updating and never gets past the initial startup phase when loading the app. It just instantly crashes. Tried contacting support and they said they would look into it, but I still haven't heard anything back on it. Maybe one day I'll come back and give it the 5 star it deserves, but until I can get the game running again with the account I had and all the characters. I'll keep the 1 star here. EDIT: weeks have passed by now and still nothing for their staff to help fix my issue and restore my account. NOT WORTH THE TIME OR MONEY!!
