Navigate – BluLines Review

I thought this app would work for me. I showed certain items I needed as well as color & sizing of text also bold, underline, & etc that I wanted. Said go to features which is not in the free version. If the free version doesn’t have that then I need to move on & find one that does cause that could be a deal breaker. Pls advise.
