Great Ad blocker – Adblock Focus Review

I haven’t been using this as blocker for long, but so far there hasn’t been a single ad in game. Not one of the banner ones at the bottom, not a pop up ad or any ad. But my question is, does it work as an actual VPN too and not just an ad blocker? Edit: Let me make the question better. Does it change your IP address like a VPN and not just block ads?
