Paid for the app and asking me to pay again for monthly – MyPlate Calorie Counter Review

I paid for this app couple of years ago. And now its asking me to buy a monthly membership again. What a scam. I will also be submitting this feel back to apple app store for apps that are a changing revenue model are short changing people who originally paid for these apps.
