??? – Trivia for Naruto - Super Fan Quiz for Naruto - Collector's Edition Review

I pressed on the app and it crashed so I tried to press it again. When I did that I saw a troll/the famous hacker face show up for a split second. I went to swipe the app out and it had that same hacker face with written text under that wrote “man of war” ? Is this some type of hack or troll?
