In-app videos don’t play, makes it hard to learn – Sphero Edu Review

Seems like a bug, but reproduces on both my iPad Pro and my iPhone X. Every time I try to play a video in one of the activities, it brings up the video player for a second then dismisses itself almost immediately without playing. Makes it hard to learn how to use the app well to program the Sphero with my kids. Please fix! :)
