Reporting/Locating Abuse – ASPCA Action Review

I like this app. An app I'd really like to suggest would be in the nature of Meagan's Law. Some way to locate reported animal abuses, and to anonymously report abuse. After all if we have an app for reporting speed traps (Trapster) then we should definitely have one to report on abuse sightings and to protect the animals as well. Thanks for all that you do!
