Purchased Upgrade and didn't receive said Upgrade – Wallpapers HD for iPhone! Review

I love this app, but I'm giving the one star review because I purchased the upgrade and the money was taken, but the upgrade was not applied, even when I attempted to refresh purchases. And when I tried to get app support to get help with this since I do want this upgrade, I couldn't find a way to talk to somebody for help. I had to get Apple Support to refund me my $3.99, sadly. I really wanted the upgrade of this app.
