support feature is not functional – Coverage? Review

This app is no difference than the lite one It is useless and dont help with connection to a desired cell tower of our phone company Support is not available and links don’t function nor the website link work I want a refund and there is no venue to request it from developer . I removed app within few minutes and lost my money
