Horrible customer service – Preflop+ Poker GTO Nash Charts Review

I won a promotion to this app to get it for free for lifetime. I had it and used it for months but has to delete the app for a while to clear up space on my phone. Once I reinstalled he app I noticed I was no longer pro and had to pay. I contacted customer service and they said they are sorry for the inconvenience but since I deleted the app they can’t honor my lifetime pro. Absolutely horrible. Very slimy. Would not recommend.
