Bugs and lazy customer support. – PewDiePie's Pixelings Idle RPG Review

This game would be fun but it’s mostly luck based or else just pay for power to win. There was an issue for the first month that didn’t let broworld instant match items load, so I had very limited access to food items or points that I had already won, which slowed my leveling up. I also donated money to one of their causes and never got my points. When I told customer support, they got back to me 3 weeks later after taking vacation and then ignored my problem. They gave me a long list to read of things I may have sone wrong, which didn’t apply to me, and then when I would follow up just kept referring back to that list. I feel cheated.
