Starship stole my money – Starship - Health Savings Review

My employer has been using Starship since I joined the company a couple months ago, I receive emailed statements from them once a month that notifies me of my account balance. However, every time I’ve logged into the app it’s shown a $0.00 balance and my card doesn’t work. I emailed support, no response. I chatted with an agent and was given a response but nothing has been effective. After their migration and “new app” I can’t even access my account dashboard because I’m stuck in the new user flow, particularly the question of “do you have an existing HSA to transfer to Starship?” If I had a choice, I would never use Starship HSA again. Unfortunately it’s not up to me to make this decision. I would say however this company needs to have a support line because this is pretty unacceptable to not be able to access my HSA funds for healthcare purchases for the past 6 months.
