App issues – Reports+ for Instagram Review

I bought the app so I could clean out my instagram since I noticed I have tons of spam accounts and ghost followers that I am following but it doesn’t even let me unfollow anyone. I tried to report the problem on the app itself but it doesn’t even open the tab where is says “report a problem” I only purchased this to make it easier for me to unfollow people but it doesn’t even work!!! Such a bad mistake !
