Your app is trash – 7 Cups: Online Therapy & Chat Review

Seriously, I don’t know how this app is still available. I promise you at some point, a suicidal person has or will go here for support and it will be the catalyst for someone’s death. The “listeners” are criminally under-trained. I’m not speaking loosely, I’m honestly shocked they’re allowed to operate under how they advertise. This is literally Omegle minus the webcams. Every experience I had trying to speak to someone got me an Indian person who had little idea how to speak English, let alone understand the intricacies of mental illness as I explain. This company is better off donating money and resources to an organization that knows what they’re doing. You hear that, 7 Cups? You’re making the problems worse.
