Ummm. . . – 7 Cups: Online Therapy & Chat Review

I volunteered for the service as a listener and the role is to listen with empathy, not judge or give out advice. I have only reached out twice when I needed someone to listen but, each time the “listeners” dismissed my feelings, and gave very unwanted advice. They really need a better training process. I always feel worse every time someone supposedly listens!
