Good app and workouts for Apple Watch – PEAR - Personal Fitness Coach Review

The workouts are worth the price here especially if training for a specific goal like 5k or 10k with heart zone training. Only complaint is that there is a delay of getting heart rate into the workout with Apple Watch, from 1-3 minutes. This is usually during warm up so not an issue and then tracking is good. Coaching is helpful and not overbearing and I like listening to my own music. I use with the watch on its own so don’t have to carry a phone! If not for the lag, I would give 5 stars.
