Allowing non account owners to gain access – Age of Kings: Skyward Battle Review

Hello, I have tried to get help many times now with gaining access to an account of mine that the developers/technicians have granted access to another individual that is trying to take my account from me. Everytime my response I get is that they need the receipt of first purchase on the account in order to validate ownership to get my account back. I feel this is a very poor choice of options in which to deem ownership of an account due to lack of ability of getting a receipt from years ago from no longer having access to the said email that the receipt was delivered. There are many other options and ways to go about validating rightful ownership to an account examples: requesting one to provide proof by video and or screenshots of other purchases made on accounts over a period of extended time that nobody had reported account to be stolen and or hack and we all know that a server-sides application has full capability to look back at report claims made within the life of the account given the fact they are even asking for the first purchase receipt made on the game. Another example being that a player deciding to not want to play the game anymore and decides to give the account to someone else and or sell it to someone else and proof could be given of the transfer of ownership by screenshots of given conversations between receiving party and current owner. I’m addition to those options you could also ask for proof of payment if account be sold to an individual that would set new purchased ownership by obvious decision of owner receiving payment and accepting. In my particular case not one time did any one of my attempts to regain access to my account did I even nice get offered an additional method of verification or validation in which I be the owner to my account I am telling them I’ve been kicked off from and given the fact that I’ve even shown proof of conversation of this person contacting Age of Kings support representative/technician/developer talking to them and trying to say they are the owner of my account when they in fact ARE NOT the owner and after stating this to them, access was still given to this person! This problem is huge given the fact that lack of customer service and more than one way of validation requirements aren’t made and not just a request for a receipt that who knows if they had also gained access to that owners email and was able to get there hands on the first purchase receipt with knowledge that this is what is to only be requested. The fact that I have spent huge money within this game as well as others, you’d think that higher precautions and protocols would be in order. I am VERY unhappy with this problem I am currently experiencing and to be very honest I am appalled at the fact that AGE OF KINGS support is now paying near no care to help me with this matter but clearly on top of helping this THIEF gain access to my ACCOUNT!
