Loved it until..... – LEGO Batman: DC Super Heroes Review

My 7 yr old loved it so much and he had even unlocked characters when it suddenly started him over with no characters. What happened to the $$$ we spent? I was trying to use the app support and it has no link. Just goes to the main Warner brothers website and says it cannot find the link. Rip off !!
