Technical issues & poor tech support – English Grammar in Use: Sample Review

My audio doesn’t work. Wrote to tech support and they suggested to upgrade my operating system, which I did. They said that I can return my money, but that didn’t work through the app either. So I got an IPhone 11 and still no luck. I’m a huge fan of Murphy, but they definitely need a better app!
