Probably a 4 but giving it a 5 – SleepSpace: Dr Snooze AI Coach Review

Firstly, this app has ways to go. But when it comes to the improvements on my sleep issues, it’s a 5. I struggle to get a solid night’s sleep or to trigger sleep at the appropriate time. After 3 months of using this app, I have been able to fall asleep at the right time and for the whole night 8/10 vs my usual 5/10. I watched their founder’s ted talk and it’s clear he is a top expert / scientist in the field and I trust he is truly dedicated to solving sleep (remind’s me a bit of the Headspace founder). As for the price? Not bad at all. Especially when I compared it to my streaming habits (which is probably a contributed to my sleep issues). My recommendation is give it a solid try.
