Stress less – AntiStress Adult Coloring Book Review

Stress free coloring has brought my stress levels down even when not using the app. I use a bunch of adult coloring books stashed in a drawer in my closet just in case I feel the need to unwind. I do more human-like coloring than geometric shapes and animals/nature. There’s an appeal of the eye when my attention is focused on still life.
