Does this not support screen recordings?! – Filmora：AI Video Editor, Maker Review

Ok, so I have a small gaming YouTube channel. I evolved from iMovie and my favorite gaming youtubers (who produce the same content as me) have used FilmoraGo go as a editor, so I decided why not to try it. So I downloaded the app and was very excited. So far it was a good looking app that seemed a lot of thought was put into it. Then after it loaded I pressed “new project” and decided to edit my latest video for my channel. It took a while to load (which was not fun) and when it loaded, it was all black! I could hear my voice, but I couldn’t see the video! I was confused, maybe it was because it was a screen recording? I retried 5-7 times and it still was like that! I was annoyed. I tried it with a small clip of my intro (which I add to all my videos) and it was fine. But not with longer screen recordings. I tried it with a video of me, (not a screen recording) and it was fine! It was a video of a beach and lasted pretty long. I was mad and frustrated. Why can’t this app support long screen recordings? PLEASE FIX THIS!!!
