App never works – 1-800 Contacts Review

This app is terrible. I love the idea of being able to click a button and order contacts. The app never works! I always get an error message and then my information is not loaded. I have tried deleting and re-downloading the app several times, and it doesn’t make a difference. Please fix whatever bug is causing these error messages!
