iPhone 6s Plus: Virtual Joystick & Button Issue. – SAMURAI SHODOWN II Review

Dear Developers, I am humbly reaching out to report that there is an ongoing problem with the virtual control of the classic fighting game, “Samurai Shodown.” I purchased the game through the “App Store” back in 2013 and since then I have played the game without any major issues. However, late last year (2019), I decided to play a round and I went to “Key Configuration” to realign the virtual joystick and the buttons. When I hit “Reset Default,” all the virtual buttons got really big and covered the entire screen. I toggled the “Buttons Size” bar and it reduced the size of the virtual buttons. The problem, however, is that all the buttons are stuck and they overlap each other, making it impossible to move a single button. I tried everything possible to fix the problem. For example, I reset the game, I delete the actual game, I delete the game’s backup data from iCloud, I turned off “Game Center” since data for the game is stored, yet still the problem persists. The game works well, overall, on all my other IOS devices (such as my iPad and my iPhone 5s), but not on my iPhone 6s Plus. The virtual buttons are stuck under and/or over each other. In my opinion, this is a classic “bug” issue that needs a real fix. It would be of great help if you, the developers, could fix this issue. Or, is there something that I can do to fix the problem once and for all? I humbly await your response in the form of an update (patch). Thanks in advance.
