Scanning is back, but game verification info is gone – Washington's Lottery Review

Thank you for bringing the ticket scanner back without requiring an account, but it’s missing the most critical part which is to allow players to see that it scanned correctly for the right game. The old app used to show you the game date, multiplier for that game, the winning numbers, and the numbers on the ticket so you could see that it was in fact a winning or losing ticket. Now it just says “SORRY NOT A WINNER. THANK YOU FOR PLAYING MEGA MILLIONS”. But without seeing that the ticket was scanned correctly, and I just supposed to trust that it is in fact a losing ticket? I haven’t gotten a winning ticket to see if it still shows how much was won, but I hope it’s still there. Thank you for bringing back the scanner, but please bring back all of the previous functionality from the old apps ticket scanner so the WA Lottery players know with 100% certainty of our results.
