App a little Wonkey – FitStar Yoga Review

I love the work outs. Who ever said yoga isnt a work out, is not doing it right. The sessions are very fluid although it would be nice for some poses to be held a bit longer. Also, as a few have said, play ahead as downloading can take a few minutes. Even with super fast internet. That being said, the app has never worked right for me. I have premium and access to all the freestyle workouts. The home screen always says “ UPGRADE!” So i don't get a suggested session to do next. Or any real input on what to do. Its still worth every dime though.
