Good game but this app won’t play – Pocket God: Journey To Uranus Review

I love Pocket God. So I thought I’d give this a try. I have an iPhone 11 and this game is not starting up. It is stuck on the loading screen. I really would appreciate a refund at the least. I know it’s 1.99 but the fact that it won’t load is upsetting.
