Situational at best – Boomerang from Instagram Review

Wanted to use with instagram but IG only allows you to pull up previously made boomerangs made exclusively through the boomerang app. To be clear, you cannot turn your cropped videos into boomerangs. If you want to make a boomerang picture you HAVE to pull up your Boomerang app and then take the video. There is no other way around it that Im aware of. This makes Boomerang essentially useless to me.
