Great little app but confused with settings – Habit — Daily Tracker Review

I really like the app but I’m confused about the “regularity” setting? Why would we be docked percentage points per checked day missed if the regularity of a habit was supposed to only be once or twice a week? Would also be cool to be able to open the app and have habits whose weekly quotas not yet been met to be seen as highlighted or something to that effect. In any case, the app takes a major load off my physical planner (no digital planner has yet been able to take its place) as most of my entries are reoccurring. Now my planner has breathing room for more timely entries, short-term goals, appointments, and dates. 4/5 would definitely recommend! :]
