Why isn’t this available for all apple devices? – Pinna: Podcasts & Audiobooks Review

Why can I not download this for Apple TV? I want to play this in my classroom but can’t because you don’t have it available for Apple TV. Might have to cancel if you aren’t planning on developing it.
