Not sure wats happening – MSQRD — Live Filters & Face Swap for Video Selfies Review

My dad has this app on his phone and I loved it, but now I have it on my iPod and it’s not working! Every time I put my face in the camera it dose not work,all I see is my normal self!but when I did it on my dads phone it worked fine,other than that I think it’s a pretty good app?
