No customer service – Soap - Social Analytics Review

Downloaded app, did not work. I had to cancel before subscription renewal was charged to my account due to lack of customer service. Emailed and several days later, still no response. Maybe they on vacation for the holidays. Also found out after the fact that it will not work with 2 factor authentication leaving your accounts vulnerable. On to plan b.
