Love the game but.... – Piggy GO - Clash of Coin Review

I love this game, customer response time is terrible. I paid for VIP, money came out of my account yet I don’t have the VIP rewards, extra shield or anything. I’ve reached out in three different ways and have yet to get a response. I want a refund or my VIP benefits.
