Server Issues!!! – Webull: Investing & Trading Review

I remember when I first signed up for Webull, I couldn’t stop raving about it. A truly full-fledged trading platform for investors/traders of all walks of life. So many tools and resources that other brokers just simply didn’t offer at the time, it quickly became my go-to trading app. But lately, I’ve been running into a lot of issues when trying to place orders. I’ve gotten a lot of “system is busy” error messages when trying to place limit orders. Sometimes the bid and ask prices will be going up and down but the share price itself just doesn’t move... weird. There’s also been times where I will open the app and just be met with a black screen when tapping to look at a stock chart. No numbers, no chart, just a black screen with the webull loading logo. To top this off, I recently lost money because the app experienced severe lag time and wouldn’t respond when I was trying to place a stop price. I lost hundreds on that trade because of a system glitch, which is unfortunate. It’s not something that happens every single time, but it now happens often enough to where it hinders one’s ability to trade at all, and it’s soured my opinion of the service. I still think WeBull is great — awesome even! But with each passing day the glitches and system lag just seems to be getting worse, and because of this, I can no longer recommend WeBull as a trading platform. I’m considering withdrawing my funds and just heading over to TD or Ally or something else. Because these kinds of glitches and mishaps are just unacceptable. I really hope the developers get this fixed soon.
