Deceitful business practices – The General Auto Insurance App Review

This app will display deceitful messages. In my case, the home screen displayed “pay now to reinstate your policy”. It was a few days late, so I paid the amount shown.... but after the payment was accepted, it now displayed “this account was canceled for non payment”. It is ok to cancel someone for non payment, but it is downright slimy to prompt for payment by offering reinstatement, then immediately cancel them after they pay.
