Credits and bad support system – GameBattles Review

I bought credits for 20$. It said thanks for your support but never gave me credits, I tried again and got 10 credits for 8$ and it finally worked. So I used those credits for a tournament, what happened? The opposing team never showed up so I contacted the support letting them know. After 20 minutes the team finally joined and the support said that we still have to play the game. That didn’t make sense because the rules clearly stated that there you have 5 minutes to join a match before a forfeit. I also would like to say that the MLG support guy named Soviet EU was very rude and all of them mostly are. I highly suggest you do not purchase or download this app. Thanks.
