Horrible colors – Hair Dye-Wig Color Changer,Splash Filters Effects Review

This app doesn’t even have basic colors. I paid the .99 to “unlock all colors” and they don’t even have a basic black or brown. Rip off! It’s more like mermaid colors...TERRIBLE APP
