textures didn’t unlock after purchase? – Glitch Art - Aesthetic Video Review

seems to be an ongoing issue when reading the reviews but i purchased the textures add on and it will not unlock them. you want to take my money but not give me what i paid for?? this needs to be resolved asap. other than that this app would be given 5 stars.
