Free not working – Call of Mini™ Double Shot Review

I used to play this game all the time. I really want to get back everything and this free stuff is super convenient and exciting. However, every time I buy the free gold and diamonds, I go to purchase items, but once I equip them I get kicked out of the game. This has happened many times already, and I hope u guys can fix this.
