Erasing Alerts – ActiveAlert Review

I’ve had this app for several years and am subscribed to multiple agencies. I always find myself having to erase the same call multiple times. And sometimes the calls even show back up hours or even a day after I erased it? Any ideas why this may be happening? I’ve have an iPhone 10
