Lost all my features even though my subscription isn’t expired – My Mastery: NCLEX & Nursing Review

I cancelled the automatic renewal and now I have no premium features even though I have over a month left of the subscription that I paid for... Very disappointed. My NCLEX test date is coming up & now I am unable to continue studying.
