No point of downloading this app – Photo cloud by Sony: PlayMemories Online Review

Been trying to figure out how to transfer the photos for 30 mins now. I am a patient person but this app is pushing it lol. I like the old app better. Please fix this issue devs. Yall need to read the reviews of your app.
