Totally satisfied again with the app, and the customer service. The developer speedily responded within 48 hours, and remedied the issue within a few days of the email. I no longer would like a refund, and the app is once again useful to me. Its back to working when my screen is locked or unlocked. Please disregard my previous review. This is a 5 star app. Thanks!
