Very unreliable – Luma Surveillance Review

I cannot access my cameras in a consistent way- they all come up with error code 53 despite resetting the iPad app. The app will also say no record when I try to look back in time. I can look back on the web interface, which only works on Internet Explorer. However I cannot view the cameras on the 16 camera screen in the web interface if they do not support multi stream, but I can see them in this view when I can get the app to work. I am really disappointed in this way overpriced setup my installer sold me on. I am going to probably change it out.
