Lost Gacha error? – Dungeon Hunter Champions Review

Twice today I lost potential 4 or 5 star champions due to a weird “Gacha error” tjT pops up. First time I used 100 legendary shards and 50,000 g and got the error and lost the shards. Shortly after, I used a Light & Dark disc along with the 100,000 g and got a 3 star hero, then I used another one and the game paused a second on the summon like it usually does with natural 4 or 5 star summons, but instead of a hero, I recieved the gacha error again and lost the disc and the gold. I’ve put cash into this game and have been playing for almost two years and if this is not corrected, I am moving on to another game. I tried to send an email via customer care, but oddly this game is not available on the list of games to email about.
